Refund policy

1.        PAYMENT, CANCELLATION, RETURNS OR EXCHANGE

A.)    ALL CUSTOM SALES ARE FINAL

B.)     CLEARANCE MERCHANDISE: Clearance Merchandise, Floor Samples and Accessories must be paid for in full, at time of order and can not be cancelled, returned, or exchanged at any time. These items are purchased ‘as is’ and are only eligible for warranty coverage if the issue is still under the manufacturer’s warranty.

C.)     CUSTOM MERCHANDISE: Merchandise, that is ordered in any different way from our floor sample (colour, finish, size, etc.); made-to-order measure items (such as draperies and fabric yardage); personal items (such as mattresses, box springs and bedding); and non-refundable items (such as warranty programs), require a 25% deposit (with exception of fabric yardage - which requires full payment at time of order). Balance of payment is due on delivery. If the merchandise is cancelled before delivery, the deposit is forfeited (25% of purchase). These items cannot be returned or exchanged after delivery.

D.)    STOCK MERCHANDISE: If merchandise is purchased from stock, immediately available in our warehouse, it must be paid for in full at the time of order request. These items can be cancelled, for store credit before delivery, provided cancellation is within two weeks of the purchase date. Within two weeks of delivery, these items are eligible for a one time exchange less a 25% restocking charge for the delivered item(s).
